Delivery

For clients working on larger, more complex contracts, we can provide social value specialist resource.  Ideally this is best done on a short to medium term basis, underpinned with a strategy to either upskill existing team members through training and mentoring, or to support recruitment of permanent social value delivery resource.   

An example of this is the Programme and Project Partners Framework at Sellafield, Cumbria. This multi-year, multi-billion pound Framework enables complex and exciting social value strategy development. We have been engaged by several Key Delivery Partner organisations to author or technically review social value responses for the framework, and on tender success several clients have asked us to support delivery including Altrad Babcock, Seddon Construction and Sir Robert McAlpine.  We also worked on PPP Social Value strategy directly, providing temporary additional subject matter expertise to the Framework team during a period of staff transition.
