Evaluation

Working  with companies of all sizes to articulate and embed corporate level social sustainability strategy

The world of work winning tends to keep us busy, but occasionally we have opportunity to impact evaluate client project activity.  Evaluation is a complex beast and needs careful scoping to make sure you don’t end up down an expensive rabbit hole. Diverse contracts we have delivered have included assessing Lancaster City Council’s priorities against the Sustainable Development Goals to identify appropriate indicators to enable outcomes-based decision making and reporting.  We’ve helped the Centre for Leadership Performance define indicators to underpin performance evaluation.   We’ve delivered training for Britain’s Energy Coast Business Cluster, supporting member businesses social value managers to upskill in impact evaluation.

We’re always happy to have a chat, and to gift a little of our time to help you identify the best evaluation process. SROI isn’t our world (though we do understand it), but we’re connected to an amazing peer group and can signpost you to the most appropriate evaluation specialist.

What our clients say

“We had an incredibly insightful and engaging Social Value meeting led by the amazing Claire Louise Chapman FICRS from The Shared Value Business. The interactive session focused on how we measure social value, with everyone actively participating and sharing their perspectives.”

"I have found working with you simple, clear and invaluable. You have helped us to cut through a lot of distracting information and focus on what is important to our business and our activity. This helps us to refocus our efforts and have more impact. The work we have done with you will shape how we work for years to come."
