Training
Social value is a new methodology used by central government to maximise the social impact of its spending power.
We offer a range of training to help any organisation working with public sector supply chain to understand this process and respond appropriately. Our training is responsive to the needs of our clients, but tends to fall into three categories;
Bespoke Training
Every business is different. We can design and deliver training based on your learning needs, often focused on helping a team understand the requirements of a live tender response. Our training is practical and based on our learning from a wide range of diverse clients.
Group Training
We deliver courses either online or face-to-face in a group setting. Attendees are usually from organisations seeing social value questions come through tenders, or commissioners exploring options for social value structures within contracting processes. As a result, the training is very practical and commercially applicable, and the diversity of delegate experience enhances the learning experience.
Supply Chain Training
We deliver training for client supply chain organisations. This enables shared understanding of social value priorities across a supplier base, leading to greater collaboration for shared impact. A number of our clients use our training support to enact their own social value commitment, i.e. disseminating knowledge across supply tiers.
